Are you ready to stop carrying what no longer serves you? Join an intimate circle of five for a four-week guided journey designed to move you from heavy emotional baggage to grounded clarity. Event Details:

The Journey

Week 1:
The Foundation – Intention & Sacred Space – Establish your “Why” in a supportive sanctuary. Through guided meditation and a “Contract with Self,” we identify the emotional weight you are ready to set down.

Cost: $20 per person

Week 2:
The Fire – Somatic Release – Anger and grief often get trapped in the body. We head to the rage room for 1 hour of controlled destruction to physically move stagnant energy out of your system.

Date & Time: May 14, 2026; 7:00 pm EST
Location: Break N Rage, Barrie
Cost: $40 per person for 8 people.
Note: Space is limited;  Up to 8 people. Closed-toed shoes and signed waivers are required.

Week 3:
The Flow – Creative Integration – We transition from destruction to creation. In this intuitive abstract painting session, you will use colours that represent your “new” energy to paint over your Week 1 intentions, transforming your chaos into a tangible piece of art.

Week 4:
The Earth – Grounded Integration – Our journey concludes in the stillness of the forest. We will engage in a “Silent Sensory Walk” to reconnect with the earth and ourselves, finishing with a closing ceremony to claim your transformation.
